What is included:

• Rental of your private space for the time slot you choose.
• Fast passes to skip the lines at the entrance, skate, train, Santa, and sled hill. 
• Dedicated server(s) for your chosen time slot. 
• Access to catering from Sugar & Thread, Frankie's Cake Pops, Charcuterie and drinks from Schellville. (Minimum spend is required and determined by rental space) - menus can be seen below. A catering order link will be emailed to you after booking and closer to your reservation date. 
• A real VIP experience within our magical village!
• Please note: Food & Drinks are NOT included in your reservation fee. A minimum charge is required for food and beverages. This charge varies by location.

• Do I need a reservation? Is there a reservation fee? 
  • Yes, all of our private dining experiences require a reservation. There are 3 spaces to choose from in the village. 6 Alpenglobes that hold up to 8 people, The Cove that holds up to 10 people, and The Lodge that holds up to 25 people. 
    
  • The reservation fee is non-refundable and due at the time of booking. It does not apply to the final food and beverage bill. The fee varies depending on the location chosen. 
    
  • A minimum food and beverage purchase is also required. That amount varies based on the location chosen. You will pay your server on the day of your reservation. A 20% gratuity will be added to your final food and beverage bill. 
    
    
• Are your spaces heated? The Alpenglobes, The Cove, & The Lodge are heated spaces, but guests may still find them a bit chilly. Guests should still layer up and prepare for cold or wet weather conditions, including choosing the appropriate footwear for the outdoor walk to our private dining spaces. 
  
  
• I have a large group. Can I rent more than one space and can they be moved together? In most cases, you can rent more than one space, if availability allows. We will do our best to seat your group in spaces next/near each other, but they are not spaced super close so that each space feels private. Please note that the spaces CANNOT be physically moved together. 
  
  
• I want to host my holiday party with you; can you accommodate us? Please email headelf@schellville.com to inquire about groups larger than 25. Although we don’t have a location on site to host over that amount, we can get creative and offer an alternative option. 
  
  
• How early should I arrive for my reservation?
  • If you have a 1 p.m. reservation, please arrive at the gates at 1 p.m. You may want to allow extra time for parking. At 1 p.m., you will be escorted to your assigned location. After your reservation, you may stay in the village until closing time of 4 p.m. All guests must exit the village at 4 p.m. You may return at 5 p.m. Please note - fast pass wrist bands used during the daytime hours are not valid after 4 p.m. and colors change from one time to another. 
    
  • If you have a 4:30 p.m. reservation, please arrive at the gates at 4:30 p.m. You may want to allow extra time for parking. At 4:30 p.m., you will be escorted to your assigned location. After your reservation, you may stay in the village until closing time, which is 9 p.m. 
    
  • If you have a 5 p.m. reservation, please arrive at the gates at 5 p.m. You may want to allow extra time for parking. At 5 p.m., you will be escorted to your assigned location. 
    
  • If you have a 7 p.m. reservation, you may arrive at 5 p.m. or after for entry. Please see the front gate volunteer or the information booth volunteer to receive your fast passes to enjoy from 5-9 p.m . Please COME BACK to the information booth at 6:50 pm to check in for your 7 p.m. reservation. Once ready, you will be escorted to your assigned location. 
    
    
• What if I need to change my plans? All reservations are considered final, and fees are non-refundable. If availability permits, you may transfer your reservation to another date and time during the current season. You may also transfer your reservation to another party, but you must handle payment amongst yourselves. Reservations are not transferable past the current season. 
  
  
• We do not offer refunds of catering charges for any reason, including, but not limited to weather conditions, COVID, travel delays, etc. within 72 hours of your reservation time. 
  
  
• Can I bring my own food or drinks to my reservation? NO, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Schellville. This includes cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.
  
  
• How does ordering food work? Please see the menus below for your options. PLEASE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY!!!
  • Catering Menu—You will receive a separate email with a catering link at a later date. You will place your catering order from the menus below. Your food and drinks will be delivered to your space upon arrival. Some cold foods may be set up upon arrival, and hot food will be delivered once seated. FOOD CANNOT BE DELAYED IN DELIVERY TO ENSURE QUALITY AND FRESHNESS!
  • On-Site Ordering— If you choose to order food on-site, there is a VERY limited menu available. Please see the CONCESSIONS menu below. This is the ONLY food available to order through your server. Drinks may be ordered on-site, no problem!
    
    
• Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions? Please make note of your dietary needs when you book your catering. Our food & beverage manager will reach out to you for more details and let you know if we can accommodate you. 
  
  
• Can we get food from the food trucks or other shacks? Yes, any food and beverages purchased within Schellville can be brought into the private dining spaces. These purchases do not count towards your food and beverage minimum within the space. Your servers cannot go and get the food for you from the food trucks. Food trucks that will be on site are: Tacos Emily, Upscale Crab & Seafood, Grotto, Pretzelvania, Changing Mains, Donut NV (all on south side by globes). Smashmouth Burger, Taco Reho, & Grandpa Mac (all on north side by sledhill)
  
  
• How much are food & drinks? This will vary based on the options you choose. Please see the menu below for full details on options and pricing. A 20% gratuity charge will be automatically added to ALL checks
  
  
• Can I decorate the space? Due to the limited time to prepare spaces between seatings, only simple decorations like balloons or table displays can be accommodated. These must be set up at the time of the reservation. 
  
  
• Is there entertainment? There is a band nightly from 6-9pm on The Starboard Stage. Our private spaces are on the opposite side of the village. However, we do have holiday music playing throughout the entire village at all times. 
  
  
• Can I bring my pet? Animals are not permitted inside Schellville. The exception is service animals as defined by the ADA. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
  
  
• What if it rains or snows and Schellville closes? If Schellville closes due to weather, we will promptly email and/or call/text you and attempt to reschedule you for a date and time that fits your schedule. If we cannot do so, this is the ONLY circumstance when we will offer a full refund of your reservation fee. 
  
  
• NO smoking inside the event. Please step outside the gates.
